Riverwood Select aims to provide straightforward, personal service before and after every sale. Raising a concern will never affect your statutory rights.
How to make a complaint
Email josh@riverwoodselect.co.uk, call 07386 244331, or write to Riverwood Select at Unit 8, Cattlemarket Business Park, Chew Road, Winford, Bristol, BS40 8HB.
Please include your name and contact details, the vehicle registration, the date of purchase or enquiry, what happened, and the outcome you would like us to consider. Supporting photographs, invoices or reports can help us investigate more quickly.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the complaint promptly, review the sales and preparation records, speak to the people involved and may ask to inspect the vehicle or obtain further information. We will keep you informed and provide a clear response explaining our findings and any proposed resolution.
Please give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, remedy a reported vehicle fault. This does not remove or reduce any right or remedy available under consumer law.
If we cannot agree
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, our final response will explain any independent dispute-resolution option available in the circumstances and whether Riverwood Select agrees to use it. You may also obtain independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service.
Important
The Riverwood warranty is additional to your statutory rights. Nothing in this procedure limits the rights available to a consumer where a vehicle is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.
